Rick’s practice focuses on commercial litigation primarily within the construction and real estate industries. His clients include Fortune 500 Companies, real estate investment funds, homebuilders, developers, contractors, title insurers, and banking institutions. He has represented clients in Arizona and Utah state courts, Federal District Court, Arizona’s appellate court, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and state administrative agencies. Rick also really enjoys serving as a mediator. He was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1987 and the State Bar of Utah in 2012.

Mr. Cobb is an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University where he teaches real estate law in the W.P. Carey School of Business.
