Richard L. Cobb was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 1988, and to the Utah State Bar in 2012. He received is B.A. Degree from Brigham Young University in 1983. He received his law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1987. He worked his way through school as a framer. He has practiced law in Arizona since 1988. During that time has been a partner in mid-size and boutique law firms. His clients include Fortune 500 Companies, real estate developers, homebuilders, general contractors, subcontractors, title insurers, escrow agencies, and banking institutions. He is licensed in Arizona and Utah.
Teaching
Rick is an adjunct faculty member at Arizona State University where he teaches Real Estate Law 411 in the W.P. Carey School of Business. He also teaches continuing legal education seminars for his clients’ in-house counsel.
