Kiel S. Berry

Kiel S. Berry was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2008 and the State Bar of Utah in 2021. As an attorney, he has represented various clients – general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, owners, buyers, sellers, and title insurance companies in both transactions and disputes. He has appeared in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals, including arguing before the Arizona Supreme Court. During a break from private law practice, Kiel worked for several years as a construction contracts and claims manager for a Fortune 500 company. While there, he developed procurement strategies and drafted and negotiated contracts for billion-dollar construction projects on three continents. As an adjunct professor at Utah State University, Kiel also teaches International Business Law and Managerial Ethics.
